Ask yourself
Do you find yourself identifying with any of the following?
Are you bothered by the idea of the flight?
Does the pressure before the flight only increase as the flight nears?
Do you have problems falling asleep at night when a flight is expected in the future?
Do you do everything possible to cancel your travel plans and pray this date will never come?
Is winning flight ticket awful news for you?
During the flight, do you monitor every movement of the crew members
and feel worried about every noise?
Do you hold on to your seat handles or the ones of the person sitting next
to you?
Once the airplane starts bouncing up and down and the sign asking you to put on your seatbelts is turned
on, do you feel like a catastrophe is about to happen?
After landing,
do you ask yourself: "What am I doing here and how am I going back?"
Do you ask yourself: "How can one stay in
that closed airplane for so many hours?"...
Did you answer YES to some of these questions?
Even if only some of these phenomena bother you, then you are
a fearful flyer and the "Relaxed Flight" seminar or the "Relaxed Flight" DVD program (will soon be available)
is highly recommended for you.
